Registration Fees

• BIO Member US - $1995
• Non-Member US - $2195

Registration Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before May 1, 2009 (5:00 pm Central Time) to receive a refund. A $195 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellations received on or before May 1, 2009. Cancellation requests received after May 1, 2009, will NOT be honored. Email cancellation requests to BD_Registration@bio.org.
• Substitutions, Name Changes: Must be received in writing and approved by the Business Development Department on or before May 1, 2009 to be processed. Email request to BD_Registration@bio.org.
• A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification. Registration may not be shared.
• BIO reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
