All hotel reservations must be received by April 15, 2009, to receive the discounted rate.
Reservations
To make a reservation please use one of the following options:
- Fax - When paying by credit card, you may fax a completed hotel reservation form, one copy per room, to: Reservations Department at (972) 349-7715.
- Email - A completed hotel reservation form, one copy per room, can be emailed to: bio@wyndhamjade.com

Deadline/deposits/room rates/taxes
To take advantage of the special BIO rate, be sure to book your reservation by April 15, 2009. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
All rates are per room, per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Current state and local taxes are 15 % and subject to change.
Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
Deposit is refundable if accommodation is canceled at least fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival. Hotel deposit(s) will NOT be refunded if cancellation notice is received thirteen (13) or fewer days prior to arrival.
