Please note that accommodations can only be reserved using the housing form and will NOT be available via telephone and/or internet.

In addition, we are pleased to advise that a limited number of accommodations are available at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina for attendees that wish to attend the 2008 BIO International Convention, June 17-20.

For those attendees that wish to extend their stay and take advantage of housing at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, simply list your departure date on the housing form and every consideration will be given to your request.

Confirmations
Wyndham Jade (BIO’s housing company) will fax you a confirmation of hotel accommodations within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt.

Deadline/Room Rates/Taxes
To take advantage of the special BDC rates, be sure to book your reservation by 5:00 PM, May 9, 2008. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. All rates are per room per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently, state and local taxes are 10.5% and subject to change.

Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
The San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina will enforce a five (5) day cancellation policy. Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to five (5) days prior to arrival.

Reservations cancelled less than five (5) days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

All reservation changes and cancellations MUST be communicated to Wyndham Jade. Please be sure to secure a cancellation number if you must cancel accommodations.
