General Registration
Participants of the Executive Training Workshop are required to pay a registration fee in addition to the fee to attend the BIO International Convention.

Registration Policy:
- Every attendee must be registered and wearing their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities. Registrations may not be shared.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before March 31, 2009 to qualify for a refund. A US $250.00 administrative fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received on or before March 31, 2009. Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but BIO reserves the right to hold the processing of refunds until after the convention. Cancellation requests received after March 31, 2009 will NOT be able to be honored. You must mail cancellation requests to: 2009 BIO International Convention Registration - Cancel, 1201 Maryland Avenue SW - Suite 900, Washington, DC, 20024.
- You may make changes to your record or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. This feature is available up until your name badge is printed on-site.
- A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
- Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before May 21, 2009, to receive the BIO Member Rate.
